Sharp Products
Sharp has been developing solar panels since 1959. They are the #1 market share of panels in the USA They are produced in Memphis Tennessee and carry a 25 year production warranty. The warranty headquarters is right here in Mahwah New Jersey. There are a lot of Panel manufacturers that claim they are a USA made company and product when in reality, only the final assembly is in a USA facility.Sharp has over 60 years of R&D that goes into every product they make.
Sharp has a similar philosophy to ours here at Skyline Solar. Our motto is “good for the future, good for you” While the overall goal of the solar industry is to achieve a low carbon society with little environmental impact.. It seems Sharp takes this to the next level Sharps factories and facilities are designed to minimize waste and greenhouse gases while achieving higher levels of sustainability. Inverters
We stayed with our all USA made philosophy and offer two different products for two very different install scenarios.
ENPHASE These are micro-inverters that would be used in a situation that might have partial or seasonal shading. They may also be more effective if there are two or more roof planes needed for the install. These micro-inverters will get the most out of the panels efficiency and an increase overall production of the system 5-25% Because they are one inverter per panel, tracking production or a potential issue is a lot easier and can be done by the customer through a remote monitor or your computer.

SMA Sma is the largest manufacturer of inverters in the world. SMA has 46% of the world wide inverter market. They make 4000 inverters a day.They have been in business for over 30 years..
These are called string inverters and would be used if the roof orientation is close to southern exposure and if there is little or no shading issues.
Mounting Systems
The rack or mounting systems we use are IronRidge and Unirac. Again these are both USA made products. The installation and roof layout would determine which system we use each job.
